Refund Policy
Effective for all clients of SecondChanceLeasing.org
At SecondChanceLeasing.org, we are dedicated to assisting you in securing housing through our second chance leasing program. If we are unable to obtain an apartment approval for you after three documented attempts, you will receive a full refund of the amount paid.
Please be advised of the following exclusions:
We cannot assist individuals that have criminal backgrounds that would prevent you from being approved for an apartment.
To qualifyfor this program your income must be above 2500.00. At Least 2.5 or 3 times the rent of the apartment you are interested in.
No refund will be issued if you choose not to sign the lease after receiving an apartment approval.
No refund will be given if your rental application includes a violent felony conviction.
By using our services, you agree to this policy and understand that all application efforts and outcomes will be documented for transparency.

Program fees:
100 application fee and after the lease is approved a 500 administrative fee to be paid to us. You will still be responsible for any apartment applications fees and deposits. Fill out the questionnaire at the end of this website. Once your hear back from us you can then pay the application fee by clicking shop.
